Home Buyers Scouting Report
The MLS system is not as comprehensive as I would like and I have been looking for other alternatives for my website visitors. I found a new system that my “test” clients seem to prefer, so I’m spreading the word to see if it will work for you.
If you do not mind giving me a working telephone number, I will upgrade you to my new property search system - Home Buyers Scouting Report - that allows the user to set and modify their own searches and sends new listings notifications linked to those new listings only. It also dates when a listing was sent to you in the event you forget a property and allows you to add the properties to your notebook (MLS does this too). It also allows you to map in three different ways from one page and gives the location of shopping, restaurants and schools, houses of worship, transportation, airports, libraries, hospitals, banks, post offices and government agencies from one page. It has a mortgage calculator and a MapQuest widget so you can map the property from your current home. I'm slowly but surely transferring my clients to this new search engine, as it is much more user friendly and more comprehensive as far as the information available for each property.
